Director of Digital Marketing

We’re seeking a talented B2B digital marketer to own and scale our digital marketing strategy and campaigns. This is a new role that was created to support AppOmni’s incredible growth in the SaaS Security space. The ideal candidate would have experience scaling digital programs and campaigns for a B2B SaaS company, and ideally within the cybersecurity space. 

Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices across: SEO, SEM, Social, Website optimization, ads, email etc. The role will initially be an individual contributor, but we’re looking for candidates with the potential to grow and manage a Digital Marketing team as AppOmni continues to grow. 

The cybersecurity world moves quickly. So we’re seeking someone who can seamlessly manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines to help us generate pipeline, and manage initiatives related to prospects, partners, and customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage all digital marketing strategies including SEO, paid search, paid social, website testing and optimization, along with other digital campaigns.
  • Create and hone strategies to continually increase leads leads and pipeline, and decrease cost per lead
  • Work with marketing team members and cross functional teams to deliver on digital strategy and vision
  • Translate data from digital marketing campaigns and/or analytics into actionable items to improve performance, goals, traffic, etc.
  • Take the lead in creating monthly performance reports to highlight wins, areas of improvement, and recommendations for future programs
  • Monitor and track relevant KPI’s, make informed decisions and improvement recommendations and generate monthly performance reports to measure campaign success.

 

What you bring:

  • Possess a strong understanding and current knowledge of all areas of digital marketing services, website development and updates, integrations, APIs, website content optimization, conversion rate optimization and more.
  • Be able to autonomously develop, implement, manage and optimize digital campaigns with little oversight
  • Experience with HubSpot, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, WordPress required. Working knowledge of Salesforce and I’m ABM Platforms a plus.
  • Be prepared to manage a digital marketing team as the AppOmni grows
