Join TeamSnap as our newest Digital Designer, where you’ll blend your expertise in motion design, graphic design, UX/UI design, web design, and video editing to craft exceptional digital experiences. We’re in search of a Digital Designer who’s not just skilled, but also driven by action, urgency, and a deep sense of ownership. Your mission? To bring our brand to life through designs that delight users and propel business growth.
What You’ll Do:
  • Create intuitive UX/UI designs and digital assets spanning websites, apps, email campaigns, paid media, and social media.
  • Bring layouts to life based on wireframes and existing designs.
  • Update content in CMS as needed.
  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for promotional videos, product demonstrations, tutorials, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with our consumer marketing team to ensure design consistency.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by staying tuned in to industry trends and best practices.
  • What will set you up for success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience working as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design proficiency and creativity.
  • Digital design ability including, wireframing, prototyping, and mockups
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with web design and animation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Strong video editing skills with the ability to create compelling visual narratives and motion graphics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $75,000 , inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
    🖥 Location
    TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota and West Virginia and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
