This role is ideal for a tech generalist who enjoys helping others – be it via email or Zoom, pre-sale or post-sale. It’s also a great opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and transition into a manager role down the line.
The salary for this position is $15-$20/hour depending on candidate experience.
Native or near-native English speaker
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Ability to figure things out on your own
Familiarity with CRMs and payment processors
Availability in the US time zone (9am-5pm PST)
Very nice to have:
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Stripe
Prior experience working remotely for a SaaS company
Owning the sales and support experience
Onboarding new clients and helping existing ones
Engaging with customers through email and phone/video calls
Replicating bugs and clearly outlining issues to our development team
