Harnessing that customer data and getting it to the marketing and analytics tools that require it has always been a challenge….until now.

Freshpaint is a Customer Data Platform that powers the entire customer data pipeline and integrates all your tools. We make it really easy for technical teams like engineering, data, and even product to collect customer data. Then we make it really easy for business teams like product, marketing, sales, support, and more to access customer data in the tools they use day-to-day.

We do particularly well in highly regulated industries, where managing data in complex regulatory environment is…hard.

Freshpaint helps companies manage customer data with two offerings:
1. PHI Management Platform for HIPAA. We help healthcare providers keep first-party customer data HIPAA compliant across their tech stack

2. Customer Data Platform. We make it really easy for teams to collect customer data and activate it using their preferred analytics, data, and marketing tools.

We’re fully remote. If you strongly value in-person work, Freshpaint is likely not the best fit for you. Even though we don’t care where you’re located, we do need employees to work US timezone hours. Many of our team is concentrated in various metro areas like SF or NYC.

To balance out our remote-ness, we gather the team 2-4 times per year for offsites. We’ve been to Greece, Jackson Hole, Cabo, Santa Fe, and California wine country in the recent past.

Who we are:

Freshpaint was founded by web analytics veterans who noticed that the problem of collecting customer data and getting it to all the tools you need to run your business was still not solved. We started as part of Y Combinator’s S19 cohort. We launched our MVP in January 2020, and spent the rest of 2020 working with a handful of early customers to build the product. In 2021 we focused on getting our go-to-market wheels turning and scaling our customer base for the first time. We’ve increased ARR by nearly 10x in the last 12 months.

Our team has deep analytics and growth experience, with all of us coming from high-growth companies like Heap, Mixpanel, Pendo, Iterable, and Quantum Metric.

Healthcare marketers face a touch challenge. They must balance promoting access to care with protecting patient privacy. The last year has seen a bevy of new federal and state regulations, lawsuits, and negative press around HIPAA violations from using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook, and more. 

Freshpaint enables healthcare providers to continue using those platforms in a HIPAA compliant manner. Our customers range from health-tech start-ups and scale-ups to large billion-dollar healthcare organizations. 

We’re growing. Fast. Forget the standard boilerplate about being a rocketship. Here’s the reality: We’ve tripled revenue in the last 120 days. Our current team of 20+ is making a bet on ABM to continue to drive the pipeline we need to continue to grow.

What you’ll do
  • You own the ABM execution. You’ll work directly with the Demand Gen Manager, Head of Sales, Field Marketing Manager, and Director of Content Marketing to build the ABM program from the ground up. 

  • Partner with sales. The marketing and sales are amazing partners at Freshpaint. The ABM campaigns we run require skin in the game from both. You will partner with sales to stay aligned on targets and incorporate feedback.

  • Report on wins and losses. The ABM motion is relatively new for Freshpaint. We have some idea of what good looks like, but want you to come in and refine that, set aggressive but achievable goals, and report on progress. 

  • Advocate for success. Tell us what you need to win so we can get it for you. 

  • Utilize Hubspot, Webflow, Apollo, LinkedIn, Orum, and other tools to get the job done

  • Collaborate with content marketing – provide feedback on the content roadmap to make sure you get the content needed to run your campaign. 

  • Collaborate with Field marketing to set up events, webinars, and other activities that will be crucial for your success.

What you’ll bring:
  • 3+ years B2B marketing experience in demand generation, delivering pipeline using a broad range of channels

  • Demonstrated experience successfully execute ABM campaign

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and other major platforms

  • You can own a number. You owned growth results and can proudly walk us through how you did it, step by step.

  • You’re totally dependable with unstructured tasks and you can set your own focus/priorities.

  • You get things done – fast. You take ownership and solve problems when you see them.

  • You have high empathy and a keen sense of understanding how other people think.

  • You treat feedback as a gift and are not afraid of difficult conversations.

  • Strategic Mindset – ability to plan and execute a campaign from end to end

  • Bonus points for experience at a high-growth startup

  • $110 – 130k cash compensation. 90/10 comp split and variable compensation is based on team renewal rate.

  • 0.05 – 0.1% equity. We have a 10-year exercise window
