Customer Service Travel Advisor
We will provide all the training you need to grow with the company. We are currently looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Travel Advisor. This is a remote opportunity that can be either part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate’s availability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients who are booking travel arrangements with you.
- Assist clients with travel inquiries and provide recommendations for destinations, accommodations, and activities
- Handle booking requests and process payments
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and payment processing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays
- Laptop with internet service
