Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service:
    • Handle inbound calls, emails, voicemails from customers, as well as make outbound calls to follow-up and provide more assistance
    • Resolve escalated customer service issues
    • Provide product information and troubleshoot for clients
    • Understand client requirements and suggest solutions
    • Follow up with customers for additional assistance
    • Implement new customer care programs and other initiatives
    • Commit to timely responses within 24-48 hours
    • Prioritize company public relations, including managing reviews and upselling (They want those 5 Star Reviews!! )
  • Upselling:
    • Cold call vendors and designers after completing customer service duties for the day
    • Develop innovative upselling strategies
    • Utilize basic upselling skills, if available
  • Data Entry & CRM Management (nice-to-have):
    • Accurately enter invoices at the point of purchase
    • Knowledge of Hubspot for customer database management, email responses, and call tracking/voicemail management is beneficial.
