Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative, these will be some of your responsibilities:
- Handle multiple customer interactions through phone, email, and chat platforms simultaneously
- Address leads promptly across various communication platforms
- Provide accurate information about products or services
- Maintain customer records and documentation
- Actively listen to customers’ concerns and find solutions to their needs
- Establishing and nurturing customer relationships
- More depending on the company you’re assigned to
Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is required
- Ability to effectively handle customer service enquiries on social media channels, email and other customer support apps such as Gorgias and more
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications
- Exceptional English level, both written and spoken is required
