A great opportunity for an iGaming experienced Customer Service Agent under the Data Change Team with proven track record to join an exciting, growing group of passionate Internet professionals based all around the world.
- Change user data (Name, Username, Address, CPF, email address)
- Encode and maintain all data that needs organizing and recording to align with original documentation
- Complete data backups
- Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management
- Keep records of data entry and database information
- A Native Portuguese and Fluent English Speaker
- 21+ year old
- Fast in typing with perfect grammar
- Knowledgeable in Google Sheets
- Keen to details, organized, and team-player
- Able to learn and adapt quickly to new changes and environment
- Multitasker and willing to improve
- Full-time job with 5 working days having 40 to 44 hours per week
- Morning and/or Afternoon schedules with 1 work day on weekends
- Long-term job position
