Your Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Efficiently handle customer queries and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service excellence at all times.
  • Collaborate with various departments to solve customer issues effectively.
  • Ensure timely and quality resolution of issues reported by customers.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
What It Takes to Succeed
  • Proficiency in Norwegian at a B2 or C1 level.
  • Communicative level of English for internal communications and system navigation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is beneficial.
