What we are looking for…

We’re looking for an exceptional Customer Experience Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This key role will work alongside talented employees across the globe to optimize the guest experience at AvantStays 16000+ listings on over 40+ OTAs. Experience in the travel/hotel/STR industry is a must.

What you’ll do…

 

  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Facilitate the resolution of guest issues and complaints, striving to achieve positive outcomes and maintain guest loyalty
  • Liaise with STR listing sites including Airbnb and VRBO for tasks including removing negative reviews and processing refunds
  • Utilize CRM software to manage guest interactions, preferences, and feedback effectively
  • Cultivate strong relationships with guests to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences

Requirements

What you’ll bring…

 

  • Ability to serve high-level customer support, maintaining composure and exceptional customer service level while interacting with dissatisfied guests
  • Ability to multi-task and focus on driving results through data-driven decisions 
  • Experience in the STR industry 
  • Experience in a customer experience management role
  • Exceptional oral & written communication in English

Benefits

This is a full-time position is open to global contractors.

 

The compensation for this role is $10-14 per hour.
