  • Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
  • Process customer orders, payments, and refunds accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
  • Provide product and service information to customers, guiding them in making informed decisions
  • Address customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
