Customer Care Officer with German

We’re partnering with a leading airline to find passionate and customer-focused Air Travel Consultants who are fluent in German! This exciting opportunity offers the flexibility to work on-site in Brno or remotely from anywhere in the Czech Republic after an initial training period.

  • Be the primary point of contact for airline customers by handling incoming phone calls in German and English.
  • Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, online check-in, navigating terms and policies, and more.
  • Accurately document customer interactions within the designated system.
  • Provide prompt and friendly solutions to customer inquiries while maintaining high efficiency and quality to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Fluency in German (B2 level) and English (B2 level) – both spoken and written
  • Willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic or already be a resident
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Positive, friendly, optimistic, and stress-resistant with a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, in a fast-paced environment
  • For remote work: a stable high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 16 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload) and a smartphone
  • Remote work opportunity: Work from the comfort of home anywhere in the Czech Republic after 10 weeks of training. We offer some financial support and occasional sponsored office visits.
  • Comprehensive training: Paid startup training and ongoing professional development programs.
  • Work-life balance: Full-time position with the possibility to transition to part-time after 6 months (based on meeting KPIs).
  • Predictable schedule: Bi-weekly rotating schedule with a two-week pattern. The first week includes six 8.5-hour shifts, followed by four consecutive days off (including some nights).
  • Relocation support: We’ll help you settle in with accommodation for the first 10 weeks, travel cost reimbursement, and a SIM card.
