💰 The salary range of this role is £50,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to manage the Tymit’s day-to-day users and clients engagement protocols, their refinement, CRM segmentation, in-app personalisation, and product recommendation programs and platforms in formulating strategies, strategy execution, asset deliverable management, as well as the testing of all push, emails, among other multi-channel communications. The CRM Marketing Manager is also tasked with overseeing the creation of models against increasing conversion rates, lifetime value, retention, churn, loyalty, and advocacy programs.

Working with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and along with the Customer Value Management Lead and the ICM Squad, the CRM Manager plays an active role in the formation of ongoing CRM strategies as well as the weekly/monthly/annual calendars that enable the continuous and consistent testing, learning, and optimisation to maximise consumers’ lifetime value.

Tymit is on a mission to reinvent credit cards and is well set to transform how customers engage with credit by making it transparent and controlled using instalments. We already drive market-leading customer engagement, but we’ve only scratched the surface of what we can achieve and therefore, you’ll be pivotal in taking our engagement programs to the next level.

During your time at Tymit you will

  • Develop and deliver the CRM communications plan for Tymit Cobranded Partnership. End to end management of multi-channel communication execution including segmentation and briefing creative.
  • Day-to-day management and monitoring of the database, identifying trends, opportunities or abnormalities.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to CRM planning; work collaboratively with wider Marketing, Commercial, Risk and the Finance team to share learnings and benchmark performance.
  • Working with IT to manage CRM system and data warehousing.

What you will bring along

  • An experienced user of an CRM Tool, competent with the principles of segmentation and building multi-channel comms plan.
  • Have solid understanding of GDPR and its practical implications on CRM and broader Marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills – capable of identifying actionable insights and optimising opportunities.
  • A good understanding of the data flow in a digital business.
