CRM Manager
We’re looking for a senior data-driven CRM Manager to lead customer lifecycle campaigns across onboarding, engagement, and reactivation. You’ll manage segmentation, build targeted multi-channel campaigns, and shape a compelling promotional roadmap to drive retention and LTV. With a strong focus on testing and optimisation, you’ll continuously refine performance. You’ll also collaborate with designers and stakeholders to ensure smooth, consistent delivery across all touchpoints.
This is a unique chance to take on a hands-on role at an early-stage startup, where your influence will directly shape the future of social gaming. You’ll play a pivotal role in the business, owning the end-to-end customer journey to ensure its seamless and highly effective.
- Own and shape the entire end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys covering onboarding, conversion, engagement, churn reduction, and reactivation
- Oversee continuous segmentation and analysis of the customer database
- Lead design and execution of loyalty programs
- Develop highly targeted campaigns tailored to specific audience segments
- Conduct A/B testing of campaigns to optimize campaign performance
- Regular analysis of competitors to ensure the relevance of offers
- Create and execute a dynamic promotional calendar that drives player engagement
- Establish strategies to optimise the frequency and timing of communications across multiple channels
- Own the ongoing development and execution of the CRM strategy to enhance retention and lifetime value
- Continuously improve campaign performance through rigorous analysis, testing, and iteration
- Produce email/sms and onsite messaging for both scheduled promotions and triggered communications
- Engage in campaign performance reviews before and after execution to inform future efforts
- Collaborate closely with design teams to produce creative materials for all CRM activities
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports on performance and trends
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to maintain seamless communication and workflow throughout campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree qualification in marketing or business, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in CRM or retention roles within real money online gaming, social gaming, or related industries
- Confident in navigating compliance and player expectations in the US social casino space
- Understanding of the US market and customer behaviour
- Native or fluent proficiency in English
- Proven success in key areas including customer journey management, promotions, creative development, segmentation, and email marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate with stakeholders
- Solid analytical and reporting capabilities
- Experience using email marketing platforms
- Basic HTML skills and familiarity with automated CRM systems (such as Xtremepush) is advantageous
- Prior experience working with loyalty programs within sweepstakes
