The Corporate Communications Associate will assist in the planning, development and execution of communications related initiatives.
The candidate must possess an organized, flexible, thoughtful and creative approach to communicating Privia’s mission to our physician practices and employees. They will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically, be a reliable, proactive communicator, and will collaborate with all teams at various levels of the company. We are looking for a self-starter who can work fast and smart, and is interested in tackling the challenging opportunities.
Primary Job Duties:
- Assist in the design, creation and and execution of communication campaigns across all teams to internal and external constituents to deliver Privia’s messages and key strategies across all teams.
- Participate in the editorial process and development of physician-facing communications to ensure timely, tailored and accurate content.
- Maintain Privia’s social media channels by owning the editorial calendar, executing campaigns including PR-related posts, and posting engaging content.
- Grow Privia’s physician-facing social media presence by partnering with local market employees and Marketing to create localized meaningful content
- Oversee Privia Health’s employee intranet, ensuring brand compliance, developing new content, and oversight of the Intranet Super Users program
- Research relevant healthcare news and partner with other Privia Health teams on related projects and launches.
- Maintain our marketing communications platform, Pardot, by ensuring data accuracy, creating templates, and monitoring metrics.
- Analyze communications data to determine areas of opportunity and successes within our communications campaigns and online presence.
- Assist in project management of simultaneous communications campaigns across all markets
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations preferred
- 1+ yrs of professional experience in Communications/Marketing required
- Strong writing and editing skills required
- Experience with Pardot and Sprout Social is a plus
- Healthcare industry knowledge and/or interest preferred
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
The salary range for this role is $55,000.00 to $58,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
