Enablement Content Specialist

At Olo we develop an online food ordering platform used by many of the country’s largest restaurant chains, reaching millions of consumers. Chances are if you’ve ordered directly from a restaurant brand’s app or website, we’ve made that happen.
 
We are looking for a creative and organized self-starter with a growth mindset to manage Olo’s Content & Learning Management System and develop compelling digital content. We want people who are passionate about learning, design, service, and professional growth.
 
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement, the Enablement Content Specialist will ensure learning and sales material at Olo is impactful, engaging, and always up-to-date. The candidate for this role will be incredibly organized, disciplined, and have a clear and articulate style to their content design. You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and Develop eLearning material for the Olo Go-To-Market teams
  • Organize and maintain Olo’s Revenue Enablement CMS/LMS: SalesHood
  • Create Go-to-Market training materials: slide decks, infosheets, guides, etc.
  • Assist the team in onboarding coordination of incoming Sales new hires
  • Liaise across the organization with Product, Product Marketing, and Creative for up-to-date product and design information
  • Engage with sellers and field teammates to analyze content needs and requirements
  • Train the sales organization on the best use of marketing and sales enablement materials
  • Design cross-solution templates for standardized presentations
  • Maintain and report on CMS/LMS consumption metrics, helping to define sales enablement best practices and identify potential problem areas
  • Build and update pages in CMS to act as internal GTM website for access to materials
What We’ll Expect From You
  • 3+ years of experience building content, preferably in a sales/marketing environment
  • L&D experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in eLearning design, development, and implementation
  • Highly organized and diligent with asset and data storage
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various roles across the organization
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Experienced in video editing and graphic design
  • Ability to build, deliver and articulate CMS/LMS reporting
