We are seeking a motivated and proactive Client Success Manager that is dedicated to the growth and management of their assigned clients. You will provide ongoing assistance through business reviews, reports, analyzing account data, and will be the voice of CE Broker. Successful CSMs effectively identify growth opportunities and work with internal stakeholders to remove barriers, find solutions, and provide a delightful experience. You will be a natural leader with a passion for customer service and building relationships, driving adoption and integration with CE Broker’s platform.
Responsibilities | Duties of this position include but are not limited to
Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients that are live in CE Broker
Build client trust and expand existing relationships through regular contact
Define business objectives for the client and develop a strategic direction for success
Ensure highest return on investment while enhancing the client experience
Guide and support clients through continuing education audits
Manage escalated client issues, provide swift resolutions and recommendations for the future
Ensure smooth implementations and provide exceptional training presentations to new key users
Travel as needed to meet with clients nationwide and attend industry events

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
