Character Artist (UE/Unity)

Seeking a senior level Character Artist who will craft the visual identity and emotional depth of our experience. Collaborating closely with our art/design, and tech teams, you will be responsible for designing, modeling, texturing, and optimizing a diverse range of characters/avatars that resonate with players and enhance our experiences.


  • Candidates with less experience but with an impressive portfolio demonstrating the required skills will also be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Digital Arts, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of character art, with an emphasis on design, modeling, texturing, and animation.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, and Unity.
  • Solid understanding of anatomy, form, and proportion, with an ability to translate 2D concept art into 3D models.
  • Experience with character rigging and skinning, and a basic understanding of animation principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and share knowledge within the team.
  • Passion for gaming and a strong desire to contribute to the creation of visually stunning and emotionally impactful gaming experiences
  • A portfolio that demonstrates mastery of current and next generation environment art creation techniques is required. The portfolio should show strong world building and asset creation skills.
