B2B Marketing & Communication Manager

As our commercial team continues to expand, we are looking for a B2B Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for the commercial function. This role will focus on driving lead generation, supporting sales growth through the marketing strategies, and enhancing brand visibility through targeted campaigns.


What you will do:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to promote our services and solutions and generate new leads.

  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales growth.

  • Collaborate with the product marketing and commercial team to develop marketing materials that support the sales process, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.

  • Collaborate with the corporate travel team in developing marketing strategies and communication materials for partners.

  • Create and manage engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, email campaigns, and more.

  • Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, media, and partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing and communications.

Workplace:
This role is remote, in Europe, reporting into our commercial team and working with global stakeholders.


Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and communications, preferably in the transportation or technology sectors.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Experience in branding and brand management.

  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
