Role Description

As a Solutions Marketing Manager at Resmed, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare in sleep, respiratory, and digital health. With a deep understanding of our customer and industry needs, you’ll execute GTM and lifecycle campaign strategies for our digital portfolio, drive content messaging, and help deliver sales enablement programs.

  • Acquire deep knowledge of our customers’ challenges, industry, and use cases, and communicate the benefits and value proposition clearly and compellingly to target audiences.
  • Adapt and translate global GTM strategies for North American markets, tailoring for market and sales channel dynamics while considering unique customer segmentation approaches.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our device ecosystem of products and services.
  • Lead the creation of compelling NPI marketing activities in collaboration with ABM, Integrated and Consumer Marketing teams.
  • Support the sales enablement strategy and execution, ensuring launch readiness and success.
  • Establish key performance indicators for our digital portfolio and relentlessly measure against performance and success, adjusting marketing strategy as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to create compelling content, marketing resources, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget for our digital portfolio and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital healthcare and digital marketing best practices.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media ad platforms, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in healthcare or digital health marketing is highly preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
