Automation Ally: Appointment Setter – Commission Based

Automation Ally is growing and expanding our team of A-Players to drive company growth and impact with our clients. We coach personal trainers and nutrition coaches on how to serve more clients in less time with half the work with proven and predictable systems and automations. Location: Remote
Compensation: Commission with earning potential up to $90,000/yr + Bonus
Hours: Full-time, flexible hours, M-F
You may be the ideal fit for this role if you are a driven team player who is experienced in connecting with people and able to lead a conversation to schedule a call with our team. **We’re looking for a highly motivated A-Player who: **
  • has at least 6 months previous experience in the outbound sales process or booking appointments
  • is excellent with details and follow-thru to completion of projects
  • is passionate about helping others reach new levels or goals
  • has a strong ability to listen and understand what is needed
  • is eager to learn and wants to make a difference (mission driven)
  • has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
  • believes in the mission to support health/wellness practitioners grow and impact more lives
  • Engage with new potential clients on various platforms to gain like/trust
  • Schedule new potential clients for a call with the sales team advisors
  • Perform daily administrative tasks as needed
  • Update tracking sheets and reports daily
  • Be proactive in asking questions and getting help with what you are experiencing with lead gen conversations
  • Contribute to sales process improvement by giving feedback and collaborating with team 
  • Attend sales team meetings and trainings as needed
  • Assist team in lead generation and follow-up tasks and responsibilities
  • Attend all team meetings and sales trainings (schedule to be provided)
  • Follow up with leads within 24 business hours
Booking minimums
  • Month 1 – Average 1 appt per day
  • Month 2 and thereafter – Average 5 appts per day

  • Ability to ad-lib, go off the cuff, adapt and pivot when necessary
  • Introvert or extrovert is perfectly fine, but not shy
  • Never afraid to ask questions and get feedback
  • Excellent command of the English language, including spelling, grammar and subtle mannerisms
  • Highly driven by results
This position will focus on engaging new potential clients on various social media platforms to gain ‘like and trust’, and schedule a call with one of our sales team advisors. You will spend about 80% of your time in communication via texting and possible phone conversations with potential clients – so it’s important that you enjoy connecting with people.
