Agentic Execution Lead

Job Title: Agentic Execution Lead (Technical Product Manager)

About Assembly Industries

Talent is distributed but Opportunities are not – Assembly Industries is breaking that pattern by building an AI enabled talent platform that connects top-tier, highly skilled global professionals with innovative companies across the US. As a fast-growing startup, we are laser-focused on impactful growth, agile strategies, and exceptional results.

Role Overview:
We’re hiring an Agentic Execution Lead — a hybrid of senior product thinker, client solutions architect, and project orchestrator. Your job is to take enterprise-grade operational challenges and deliver fully executed AI agent workflows, from discovery to deployment.

You’ll be the face of execution with our clients, driving clarity, alignment, and delivery across multiple stakeholders, systems, and constraints. Internally, you’ll work closely with automation engineers, operations experts, and founders to own the path from SOP to live agent system.

This isn’t a PM role tucked behind a roadmap. This is hands-on, client-facing, and delivery-oriented from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI agent systems for enterprise clients, from SOP breakdown to live deployment
  • Interface directly with client operations and product stakeholders to clarify use cases, gather technical and process requirements, and manage delivery expectations
  • Convert ambiguous client SOPs into structured workflows, product specs, and execution plans
  • Collaborate tightly with engineers to design and ship automation-ready solutions
  • Lead structured implementation processes, including scoping, change management, UAT, and feedback integration
  • Anticipate risks, misalignments, and process breakdowns—and solve them before they slow us down
  • Balance near-term client priorities with long-term platform scalability

Required Experience

  • 6+ years in product, solutions, or client delivery roles – proven track record of working with external clients or partners to deploy complex systems
  • Experience owning delivery of B2B or enterprise software products or services, startup experience or entrepreneurial environments preferred
  • Hands-on experience translating operational SOPs into structured workflows or software features
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure, with limited oversight and shifting priorities
  • Proficient with project management tools such as Notion, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana or similar
  • Comfortable building basic operational forecasts (e.g. time savings, resource allocation, deployment timelines) using Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable
  • Able to perform light data analysis to support decision-making and uncover process improvements
  • Familiarity with modern workflow tools, APIs, and AI/automation ecosystems.

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Speak “client” and “engineering” fluently, and know how to move fluidly between both
  • Get a thrill from solving messy execution problems with fast, working solutions
  • Know what it takes to launch enterprise-ready systems—UAT, handoffs, data flows, change management, etc.
  • Love writing clear specs, asking pointed questions, and making decisions quickly
  • Have a bias for action, clarity, and accountability
  • Are comfortable being the go-to person for getting things over the line

This is a remote position based out of Argentina.
