  • Create highly detailed 3D models of rocks, replicating the unique structure and characteristics of the practical set rocks.
  • Sculpt and refine the rock models to achieve a natural and realistic appearance.
  • Develop high-quality textures and materials that match the practical rocks’ color, surface, and weathering.
  • Ensure that the modeled rocks have the appropriate scale and proportions to fit seamlessly into the film’s environment.
  • Collaborate with the 3D modeling and lighting teams to integrate the rocks into the scene.
  • Continuously refine and improve the rock models and textures based on feedback from the VFX Supervisor and Art Director.
  • Meet project milestones and deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality assets.

  • Proven experience in 3D sculpting and texturing for VFX, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as ZBrush, Mudbox, or similar sculpting tools.
  • Strong understanding of natural rock formations, textures, and weathering.

  • Experience with 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to project requirements and artistic feedback.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both in remote and team settings.
  • A commitment to meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

  • Permanently remote position.
  • An opportunity to hone and improve your skills by applying them to a diverse variety of engaging projects.
  • Be part of an international group with offices worldwide.
